Q: WHEN WILL I GET MY PACKAGE?
A: We ship through USPS first class and orders are processed within 2-4 days after it is placed. Please ensure you input your correct mailing address to not cause any delay with your order. Orders are shipped out from San Diego, CA and speed of shipping varies depending on shipping zone. If using tracked shipping, a tracking number with be e-mailed to you when it is ready. On average it arrives 6-8 days after placing your order! Expect longer shipping times during the holidays :)
Q: DO YOU ALLOW STAMPED SHIPPING?
A: We allow a stamped shipping option for stickers and sticker sheets only! Note that this option does not come with a tracking number.
Q: WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE A ISSUE WITH MY ORDER?
A: While we dont accept returns or exchanges at this time, please feel free to reach out by using the "Contact" page to send us a message about any issues with your order. We will do our best to work with you to ensure you're happy with your order!
Q: WILL YOU RESTOCK SOLD OUT ITEMS?
A: It depends on the product! Since we do in-person vending our "in stock" numbers in our big cartel might not be accurate. There is a chance we still have the item you want in stock, just send us a message! We do hand make all of our jewelry so if it's a product you REALLY need your hands on but its listed as sold out on our site, send us a message as well. We might be able to work something out!
Q: HOW CAN I STAY UPDATED ABOUT NEW PRODUCTS?
A: Follow us on Instagram @psxrose :D That is the social media app we mostly run out of. We do most of our updates there through posts and our stories.
